June 15 — The Healer: Sound Devotional, Isaiah 53:5

2 min read
"But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed."
Jesus reveals Himself not only as Savior and King, but as The Healer. Healing is not something He does from a distance; it flows from who He is. Wherever Jesus walked, sickness recognized its Creator and bowed. Pain did not argue. Brokenness did not resist. His presence carried restoration because heaven’s order was returning to the earth.
Prophetically, this is a moment of divine mending. The Lord is not merely addressing symptoms—He is touching root systems. Wounds long hidden, grief long managed, faith long deferred are being brought into His light. The Healer is moving gently, yet decisively, releasing wholeness where fragmentation once lived.
Healing in Scripture is never limited to the body alone. Jesus heals bodies, souls, memories, relationships, and identity. He heals the places where hope was deferred and the areas where disappointment built walls. When He heals, He does not restore you to who you were—He restores you to who you were always meant to be.
There is also healing for the land and the atmosphere. When the Healer is welcomed, even regions begin to breathe again. Peace settles. Striving lifts. Life flows. The healing you receive is meant to become ealing you release. What He restores in you becomes a testimony that carries power for others.
Today, do not rush past His touch. The Healer is not in a hurry. He stands before you with compassion in His eyes and authority in His hands. Faith is not striving to be healed—it is yielding to the One who already bore it all.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, You are the Healer. By Your grace, we open every place within us to
Your restoring touch. Thank You for Healing our bodies, Healing our souls, and
strengthening our spirit man. Bless You for Your wholeness flow through us, and
making each of us testimonies of Your power and compassion. Amen.
