“Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end.”

Isaiah 9:7 Sound Devotional

Reflection

The Kingdom of God is not sustained by force, fear, or control—it is upheld by love. Scripture tells us that Christ’s government is ever-increasing, and the foundation beneath that government is not power alone, but perfect love. Love is not merely an attribute of God; love is how He governs.

The government of love rules first within the heart before it reshapes the world. Where love reigns, chaos is brought into order. Where love is enthroned, fear loses authority. Love does not coerce—it transforms. It does not dominate—it establishes peace through truth.

Jesus demonstrated this government in the earth. He confronted injustice without hatred, corrected error without contempt, and carried authority without insecurity. His love was not permissive, but it was always redemptive. The cross stands as the ultimate decree of heaven: love ruling through sacrifice, obedience, and resurrection power.

The Lord is shifting His people from striving to governing. The saints are learning that authority flows from love matured, not anger expressed. Many battles are not won by resistance, but by refusing to surrender the heart to offense. Love keeps the seat of authority occupied by Christ.

The government of love is patient, yet unmovable.
Kind, yet uncompromising.
Gentle, yet terrifying to darkness.

When love governs a life, deception cannot rule. When love governs a community, division collapses. When love governs a nation, justice and righteousness can flourish together.

In this hour, God is raising up a people who legislate heaven’s values through love. Their words carry weight because their hearts are clean. Their presence brings peace because they are ruled by Christ. This is not weakness—it is Kingdom authority expressed in its purest form.

Let love sit on the throne of your inner life.

Let Christ rule through love.
And watch as His government increases—without end.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, how can we ever thank You for enthroning Your love within us. We are eternally gratefully for Your teaching us to live and lead under the
government of Christ. Removing fear, offense, and striving, and establish
righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. Thank You o thank You for Your Kingdom coming in fullness through Your love that governs every part of our lives.

In the Name of Your glorious Son Him You have anointed King we pray.
King Jesus, we love You, we love You, we love You.
